Terms of Service

Using Siteful, managing your subscription and understanding your rights.

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Siteful website and application, including Free and Pro accounts. Siteful is a market-intelligence service operated from the United States for property professionals. “Siteful”, “we” and “us” refer to the operator of that service.

When you accept these terms, they form your agreement with Siteful. If you act for a business, you must have authority to agree on its behalf. Separately agreed data-supply or enterprise contracts are outside these terms.

2. Your account

Provide accurate account details and keep your login secure. Each account is for one person; do not share access. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account.

Free accounts have limited access. Creating a Free account does not start a paid subscription or authorise a charge.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Pro is billed in advance, monthly or annually, at the price you accept at checkout. An annual subscription is charged in one yearly payment. Any monthly equivalent shown for an annual plan is not a monthly instalment.

Your subscription automatically renews for the same billing interval until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorise the initial charge and recurring renewal charges. Your billing page shows your plan and renewal or end date.

Prices are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. The checkout total includes any taxes we are required to collect. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion or transaction fees. Stripe processes payments.

If a payment fails, Pro access may be suspended until payment is completed. A payment failure does not itself cancel renewal; use the cancellation controls to stop future renewals.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel renewal at any time from Account → Billing → Manage subscription. Complete the cancellation in the billing portal before your next renewal. There is no cancellation fee.

Cancelling stops future renewals. You retain Pro access until the end of your paid period, then your account returns to Free. The billing page shows when access ends. Cancelling renewal does not delete your account.

For a change of mind, we do not normally refund the unused part of a paid period. This does not affect any right to a refund, cancellation or other remedy under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

For a billing error, refund request or difficulty cancelling, use our contact form with the email linked to your account. You do not need to contact support to cancel online.

5. Data and reports

Your account permits you to use the features available under your plan for lawful market research and business analysis. It does not transfer ownership of the software, data or intellectual property made available through the service. Rights remain with their respective owners.

You may use reports exported through Siteful in your own internal and client presentations. Keep source attribution and relevant dates intact, and do not present altered findings as Siteful’s conclusions. This permission does not allow you to resell reports or distribute the underlying data as a dataset or competing service.

Do not scrape or bulk-extract data, bypass access limits, share account credentials, interfere with security or use the service unlawfully. Separate data licensing requires a written agreement.

Do not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the service, or systematically analyse its outputs to identify or reconstruct non-public data sources, underlying datasets or processing methods, except with our written permission or where applicable law permits this despite a contractual restriction.

These restrictions do not prevent ordinary verification of market information, reporting concerns, cooperating with regulators or exercising legal rights.

6. Market information

Property information can be incomplete, delayed or revised. Metrics and signals describe the available information; they are not a valuation, personal recommendation or guarantee of future performance.

Check material facts before making a transaction or other business decision, and obtain professional advice where appropriate. This does not limit our obligation to provide the service with the care and skill required by law.

7. Service changes and access

We may maintain and improve Siteful. We will give reasonable advance notice of changes that materially reduce your paid service. If a change substantially reduces that service during a paid period, you may end the affected subscription and request a proportionate refund for the unused period.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, security risk or legal requirement. Where practical, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve it. If we discontinue your paid service for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will refund the unused paid period.

8. Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. These may include rights to a remedy for a service failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss.

These terms do not require you to waive those rights or resolve a dispute exclusively in the United States. You may contact the relevant consumer authority or use any court or tribunal available under applicable law.

9. Changes to terms or prices

We will notify you of material changes before they take effect and obtain consent where required. Price increases apply only to a future renewal, with advance notice and an opportunity to cancel before the new charge.

Changes do not remove rights that have already accrued. If a change materially disadvantages you during a paid period, you may end the affected subscription and request a proportionate refund for the unused period.

10. Contact

For account, subscription or terms questions, use the Siteful contact form. Please include the email linked to your account and relevant details, but never send passwords or full payment-card details.
